Deine Aufgaben

  • Du managst Social Media Redaktionspläne über verschiedene Kanäle, bist verantwortlich für die operative Betreuung der Marken-Profile, u.a. Veröffentlichung aller Inhalte, und Community Management.
  • Als kommunikative Schnittstelle zwischen Agentur und Marke behältst du den Überblick, erkennst Spannungsfelder frühzeitig und löst sie proaktiv.
  • Kundengespräche und Präsentationen bereitest du inhaltlich eigenständig vor, führst sie mit Haltung und sorgst dafür, dass nächste Schritte klar definiert aus jedem Termin rausgehen.
  • Du beobachtest und analysiert die Branche kontinuierlich, kennst alle neusten Trends und schlägst smarte Ansätze vor, diese Insights gewinnbringend für unsere Kunden zu nutzen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast min. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Social Media Management und/oder Account Management Tätigkeiten.
  • Du bist bekannt für deine Eigeninitiative, high Energy und hast den Drive, anzupacken. 
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, sorgfältig und strukturiert. Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Bereitschaft, dich zügig in neue Aufgabengebiete einzuarbeiten. 
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und Englisch sehr gut.
  • Du sitzt in Berlin oder arbeitest remote in Deutschland.
