About the Role

Our client is a US-based company with an office in Surabaya, and they are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and grow their social media presence targeting the US market. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership end-to-end—from ideation and strategy to overseeing execution with the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead social media strategy and content direction, primarily for Instagram
• Develop ideas and campaigns focused on increasing exposure, engagement, and follower growth
• Oversee and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth content execution
• Analyze current social media performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate closely with the US team and report directly to Kevin
• Contribute strong copywriting and content messaging ideas aligned with the target audience

• Experience leading social media initiatives end-to-end
• Strong English communication and copywriting skills
• Creative thinker with strong ideation abilities
• Comfortable working in a hybrid/on-site setup

• Office located at Ciputra World Office Tower, Surabaya
• Expected to travel to Surabaya 2–3 times per month for team meetings if you are based outside Surabaya (all expenses covered)
