We are looking for an experienced DACH Social Media Manager to lead organic social media across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and B2B technology
You will develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and visibility, while working closely with regional and global Communications, Digital, Events, and Marketing teams.
Own the organic social media strategy for the DACH region, primarily LinkedIn.
Develop, create, and publish engaging content for local audiences.
Manage the content calendar and ensure a consistent pipeline of content.
Adapt global and EMEA content for DACH markets.
Create social content at events, including photography and video.
Work with creative teams and agencies on content production.
Advise internal stakeholders on social media best practices.
Manage agency relationships and multiple stakeholders.
Analyse social media performance and provide actionable insights.
Support employee advocacy initiatives.
Manage social media boosting and LinkedIn Campaign Manager activities.
5–7 years of social media experience, ideally in B2B technology
Native-level German and strong English skills.
Strong experience with LinkedIn and organic social media
Experience developing social media strategies and campaigns.
Knowledge of tools such as Sprout Social, Canva, and Adobe Express
Content creation experience, including photography or video, is a plus.
Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
You are both strategic and hands-on, with a strong understanding of B2B social media. You enjoy creating content, working with stakeholders, attending events, analysing performance, and finding new ways to build brand awareness.
The role is based in Munich, with approximately 50% office attendance expected. The contract starts in October and is initially for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension.
