We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy as maternity leave coverage. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms and content for WalkMe. This role requires a deep expertise in social media management, leveraging AI and emerging technologies as well as immersive formats to expand brand reach and engagement. A creative thinker, you will work independently while collaborating across teams to drive impactful campaigns that position our brand as a leader in the tech space.
This is a temporary position for ~9 months with the possibility to extend.

5+ years of experience in social media management within Tech or SaaS industries.
Native English speaker or near native fluency.
Proven portfolio of developing successful organic social media strategies, campaigns and working with internal and external teams to bring an idea to life
Familiarity and hands-on experience using video, editing, and AI tools for content creation and campaign optimization (e.g. Canva, CapCut, other motion design tools).
Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, BlueOcean, ShareMe) and analytics tools to determine actionable insights.
Strong project management and organizational skills (e.g. Monday experience).
Exceptional written communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling.
Ability to translate complex concepts into easily understandable content/visuals
Be curious and independent - eager to learn and experiment with new tech and industry trends.
