About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and enhance our online brand identity. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies, creating engaging multimedia content, and managing our online community across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. The ideal candidate is a storyteller who uses data to drive results and stays ahead of rapidly changing digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development Design and implement a social media strategy aligned with broader business goals, such as increasing brand awareness or driving website traffic.

• Content Creation Produce, edit, and schedule high-quality daily content including original text, graphics (via tools like Canva), and short-form video for Reels or TikTok.

• Community Management Monitor social channels and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, brand-consistent manner.

• Analytics & Reporting Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate and ROI using tools like Google Analytics or platform-native insights to optimize future campaigns.

• Advertising Management Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), including budget allocation and audience targeting.

• Cross-Team Collaboration Work with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and coordinate product launches.

• Influencer Outreach Identify and manage partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Experience Typically 2–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Specialist.
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency with management tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Basic graphic design (Photoshop, Canva) and video editing skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO and its application to social captions and search visibility.
