• Write compelling captions and hooks designed to drive clicks and conversions
• Research trending sounds, hashtags, and formats and adapt them to the client's brand voice
• Schedule and publish posts consistently across both platforms
• Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement — respond and build relationships
• Track content performance and iterate based on data (views, saves, link clicks, conversions)
• Build and maintain email subscriber list from scratch
• Design and write weekly or bi-weekly email campaigns (new arrivals, promotions, stories) - can utilize ChatGPT
• Set up foundational email automations: welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase
• Craft subject lines and CTAs optimized for open and click-through rates
• Drive traffic to the website and report on email-attributed revenue
