We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with strong experience growing e-commerce and DTC brand accounts through organic content, trend-driven strategies, and high-performing social media execution.

This role is focused on scaling social media presence, increasing engagement, and driving growth across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate understands short-form content, creator-style marketing, audience behavior, and how to grow accounts fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, X, and other platforms
• Develop and execute organic social media growth strategies
• Create and manage short-form content ideas focused on engagement and reach
• Monitor trends, viral formats, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with content creators, editors, and internal teams
• Analyze social media metrics and optimize content performance
• Manage community engagement, comments, and DMs
• Support ecommerce growth through conversion-focused social content

Requirements

• Experience growing ecommerce or DTC brand social media accounts
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content strategies
• Proven experience increasing followers, engagement, reach, or conversions
• Experience with organic growth strategies and trend-based content
• Familiarity with creator/influencer-style marketing
• Experience analyzing social media performance metrics
• Strong written communication and content planning skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with NSFW content
