Job Description

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Location: Concord (On-site)

Shape the voice, content, and conversations behind growing digital brands.

We’re working with an established digital consumer business to find a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of how its brands show up online and connect with their audiences.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving between strategy and execution: building content calendars, writing copy, developing campaigns, working with creators, and using performance data to make smarter decisions. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the voice of one or two brands across social media and email, with plenty of room to bring your creativity and ideas to the table.

If you have strong social media experience, a sharp eye for engaging content, and a confident writing style, this could be a great opportunity to make a visible impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Social Media

  • Take ownership of the social media calendar and content direction for one or two brands, determining what content is created, where it appears, and what it is intended to achieve.
  • Develop and maintain a distinctive voice and tone for each brand.
  • Write compelling social copy and generate content ideas tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Plan and execute contests, giveaways, and community initiatives that encourage participation, engagement, and registrations.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and content creators to develop briefs, campaign concepts, and assets that align with each brand.
  • Keep up with emerging social trends, platform developments, gaming culture, and relevant opportunities to keep content timely and competitive.

Email Marketing

  • Manage the email marketing calendar and messaging for your assigned brands, covering promotions, launches, events, offers, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Write engaging email copy and subject lines that stay true to the brand voice while encouraging action.
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate audience targeting, offers, campaign requirements, and scheduling.
  • Test different subject lines, messages, offers, and send times, using results to continuously improve future campaigns.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on social and email performance, including engagement, audience growth, registrations, and customer acquisition.
  • Translate performance data into practical recommendations around what to continue, change, or test next.
  • Use insights from campaigns to continually refine content, messaging, and channel strategy.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, brand communications, or a related marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media, including content planning, copywriting, publishing, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent written English with the ability to adapt messaging and tone across different brands, audiences, and channels.
  • Strong creative and editorial judgment, with a clear understanding of what makes content relevant and engaging.
  • Confidence working with performance data and using insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities across one or two brands.
  • Experience with email marketing, influencers, content creators, or paid social is considered an asset.
  • Experience in gaming, social casino, iGaming, sports betting, entertainment, or another digital consumer brand is considered an asset.

What’s Offered

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including dental, vision, and prescription coverage.
  • Group retirement plan with RRSP matching.
  • Paid training and professional development opportunities.
  • Team events, anniversary celebrations, and weekly Happy Friday lunches.
  • Modern on-site office with leisure facilities and parking.

Ready to put your creativity and social expertise to work?

If you’re someone who enjoys owning the details, shaping a brand’s voice, and seeing your ideas turn into real campaigns and conversations, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today to be considered for this opportunity.
