Role Overview

Looking to bring on a Virtual Assistant who can act as a dedicated social media manager for my company. The role would involve managing our social platforms, creating and editing content (photos, videos, reels), writing captions, and helping plan and execute a consistent content strategy.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone with experience in social media management, strong video editing skills, and the ability to match a clean, professional brand voice. I’ll provide photos and videos to edit. Experience in real estate or construction/remodeling would be a big plus.

Ultimately, I would like a full-time they will manage 2 to 3 businesses accounts depends on their experience if they can’t do a full-time then it could be 10 to 15 hours a week or more.

Scope of Work

The Virtual Assistant / Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s social media presence across multiple business accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  Managing day-to-day social media activities and account maintenance
• 
  Editing and creating content using provided photos and videos
• 
  Producing short-form video content including reels and social media clips
• 
  Writing captions and post copy aligned with the company’s branding
• 
  Planning and organizing content calendars and posting schedules
• 
  Maintaining a clean, professional, and consistent brand image across platforms
• 
  Assisting with content strategy and audience engagement
• 
  Managing up to 2–3 business social media accounts depending on experience and workload capacity
• 
  Coordinating content delivery and ensuring timely posting

The role may begin as part-time (10–15 hours per week or more) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and capability.
