Teddy Morse’s Daytona Harley-Davidson is currently seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team!

Social Media Manager to lead the social media strategy and execution across our dealership network. This role is responsible for managing multiple dealership social media accounts, creating engaging content, collaborating with dealership teams, and traveling extensively to capture authentic content that showcases our people, inventory, events, and community involvement. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, and content creator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable spending more time in dealerships than behind a desk.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the social media strategy across multiple dealership brands and platforms.
  • Manage daily publishing, community engagement, and content calendars for multiple social media accounts.
  • Travel daily to dealerships throughout the region to capture photo and video content.
  • Travel monthly to out-of-state dealership locations, manufacturer events, and company initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with dealership marketing teams, general managers, sales managers, and manufacturer representatives to identify compelling content opportunities.
  • Lead social campaigns supporting vehicle launches, sales events, community initiatives, sponsorships, and dealership milestones.
  • Coach dealership personnel on best practices for participating in social media content and brand storytelling.
  • Monitor social media trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and adjust strategy based on analytics.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, manufacturer guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with paid media, creative, and digital marketing teams to maximize campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage user-generated content and customer testimonials.
  • Assist with live event coverage, including dealership grand openings, charity events, manufacturer events, and community activations.
  • Consistent growth in engagement and audience across all dealership social channels.
  • Increased production of high-quality, authentic content from every dealership.
  • Strong collaboration with dealership leadership and marketing teams.
  • Timely execution of social campaigns supporting business objectives.
  • Creation of a recognizable and consistent social media presence across the Ed Morse Automotive Group while highlighting each dealership's unique personality and local community.
  • If needed, you may be asked to perform other duties in the Dealership.

Travel Requirements

  • Daily travel to dealership locations.
  • Monthly overnight travel to out-of-state dealerships and company events.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends during major sales events, launches, and community activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of professional social media management experience.
  • Experience creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Experience editing short-form video using platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while traveling.
  • Automotive, retail, or agency experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
