THE OPPORTUNITY
Looking to do the best work of your career?
Do it with Dove, one of the most respected global brands on social. We’re building a team across 15 markets to own Dove’s social presence end to end: insight and ideation, platform-native creative, publishing, live ops, and community. From the first idea to the final reply, you’ll shape how Dove shows up every day and create work that influences culture.
You’ll move at newsroom speed with rigorous craft—launching ideas that travel, partnering with standout creators, and turning comments into conversations that become cultural moments. The brief is straightforward: make Dove the most culturally relevant brand on social. You’ll have the scale, purpose, and creative freedom to make it real.
If you’re motivated by ideas that matter, sharpened by data, and committed to making the internet more positive, this is the place to do it. Bring your craft and your courage. Together we’ll build culture—not just content—and do the best work of our careers.
You'll be close to Dove's social channels every day, supporting the planning, publishing, and community engagement that keeps the brand's social presence consistent, culturally relevant, and growing. You'll work alongside the Senior Social Media Manager, content creators, strategists, and the Dove brand team to ensure content lands on time, on brand, and on platform. Your understanding of how social channels work, what audiences respond to, and how to keep a content operation moving smoothly will be central to the studio's output.
THE ROLE
You'll be one of the people who makes Dove's social presence happen, day in, day out. From content ideation, trend tracking and scheduling to community engagement, copy writing, and performance tracking, you'll manage the daily rhythm of Dove's social channels and ensure the brand shows up consistently and compellingly across platforms.
This is a role for someone who is organised, culturally-fluent, and genuinely enthusiastic about social media as a discipline. You understand what makes content work on TikTok versus Instagram versus YouTube, you can write copy that fits the tone of each platform, and you notice when something is trending before it peaks. We're looking for someone who is as comfortable managing a content calendar and pulling a performance report as they are drafting a reactive post or briefing a content creator on an emerging format.
Success means channels that run smoothly, content that consistently meets brand and platform standards, a community that feels listened to and engaged, and performance data that shows steady growth in reach, engagement, and brand affinity.
