The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of digital trends and audience behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand goals
  • Content Creation & Publishing: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build a strong online community
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze metrics and campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize performance

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms and campaigns
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer), basic graphic/video editing tools, and analytics platforms
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, creativity, time management, adaptability, and attention to detail
  • Language: Proficient in English (written and verbal)
