TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations and the notion of style. With an appreciation for women’s many roles and how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals and spaces.

TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

The role

TOTEME is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Stockholm full time. In this role you will lead and shape TOTEME’s global organic social media strategy across all key platforms. You will be responsible for building a strong, consistent, and culturally relevant social presence that elevates the brand while strengthening engagement and connection with our global audience. Working closely with Brand, Marketing, Art Direction, and Creative teams, you will translate seasonal narratives and brand direction into platform-native content and channel strategies that reinforce TOTEME’s visual identity and positioning.

You will play a key role in growing brand visibility, building audience loyalty, and expanding how TOTEME is experienced across digital channels. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work directly with Brand & Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead TOTEME’s global organic social media strategy across all platforms

  • Define channel-specific approaches, including tone of voice, visual direction, and content formats

  • Own the social media calendar, publishing flow, and daily channel execution

  • Develop platform-native content aligned with seasonal campaigns, brand storytelling, and marketing objectives

  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Art Direction, and Creative teams on campaign amplification and content rollouts

  • Translate seasonal themes and brand direction into engaging social storytelling

  • Own performance reporting across social channels, analyzing audience engagement and channel performance to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support brand and business objectives

  • Identify and develop new channel opportunities and formats, including emerging social features and platforms

  • Manage the social media budget across content production and campaign needs.

  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

  • Experience managing organic social media for fashion, luxury, or brand-led businesses

  • Strong experience analyzing performance metrics, building reports, and translating insights into channel optimization and content development

  • Proven experience building and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok

  • Experience creating and publishing platform-native content aligned with brand and marketing objectives

  • Experience working with social planning, scheduling, and analytics tools such as Dash Hudson, Meta Business Suite.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, brand, marketing, and production teams

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social storytelling, campaign execution, and content direction

  • Strategic thinker and hands-on executer

  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Understanding of balance between brand elevation and channel performance and engagement

  • Collaborative and enjoy working closely with cross-functional creative teams

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's head office starting upon agreement.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
