Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager and Content Strategist to lead the digital brand presence for a high-end hospitality client. This role is responsible for developing and executing a compelling social media strategy that drives engagement, builds community, and showcases the unique lifestyle and quality associated with the brand. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can turn gourmet products and café experiences into viral digital content.
Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive monthly social media content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the digital space.

Align social media themes with seasonal products, café events, and promotional campaigns.

Content Creation & Production:

Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos on a regular basis.

Handle food styling and photography to ensure all visual assets meet the brand's premium aesthetic.

Write engaging, witty, and brand-aligned captions that encourage audience interaction.

Community Management & Engagement:

Manage daily interactions on all platforms, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Proactively engage with relevant local communities, food bloggers, and potential customers to increase brand visibility.

Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.

Growth & Marketing:

Identify and collaborate with local influencers and food content creators for brand partnerships.

Run and optimize social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads) to drive traffic to physical locations and the website.

Develop "viral-ready" concepts that leverage trending audio and formats while maintaining brand integrity.

Reporting & Optimization:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rate, and follower growth.

Provide monthly reports with actionable insights to refine the content strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:
3+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Strategy, specifically within the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Luxury Retail sectors.

Technical Skills:

Expert-level skills in mobile video editing (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush).

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) for basic layout needs.

Strong photography and lighting skills, specifically for food and lifestyle content.

Platform Mastery:
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms, including best practices for hashtags, posting times, and engagement.
