In this role, you’ll manage and grow the social presence of globally recognized consumer brands, helping them connect authentically with their audiences. Working closely with our creative, strategy, and production teams, you’ll craft content, spark conversations, and ensure every interaction reflects a strong brand voice and meaningful engagement.

Requirements

• Shape Social Storytelling: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies that translate brand values into compelling, platform-native content across major channels.

• Drive Community Engagement: Manage conversations, respond to audiences, and nurture active communities that strengthen brand loyalty and trust.

• Spot Cultural Moments: Monitor trends, platform updates, and digital culture to identify timely opportunities for relevant and impactful content.

• Collaborate with Creatives: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to develop campaigns, visuals, and formats optimized for social performance.

• Optimize Performance: Track analytics, evaluate campaign performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements for reach, engagement, and growth.

• Manage Publishing Workflows: Own content calendars, coordinate approvals, and ensure consistent, high-quality output across all social channels.

• Experiment with Formats: Test emerging formats such as short-form video, creator collaborations, and platform-native features to expand reach and audience connection.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000.
