About the role
Are you brimming with ideas, obsessed with what’s trending and ready to make an impact in the social media space? At Wellcom, we are looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring creativity, energy, and attention to detail to our clients’ online worlds.
This is a mid-level role where you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping brand voices, building engaged communities, and staying one step ahead of the latest social trends. If you love crafting content that resonates, sparks conversation, and finding clever ways to connect with audiences, we’d love to hear from you.
You’re a confident communicator who can translate social media thinking into clear, practical advice. You’re comfortable working closely with senior leaders and clients, building trust, explaining the why behind your recommendations, and providing constructive challenge when needed. You guide decision-making in a way that is calm, collaborative, and credible.
This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne, working closely with teams across both locations.
