Job Description

The Social Media Manager will lead social media marketing efforts, working closely with internal teams and clients to develop and execute impactful social strategies. This role requires a strong mix of project management, client communication, and performance analysis to ensure campaigns align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable results. The Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with creative, social, influencer, and community teams to manage client communications, campaign execution, and team alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Client Management: Serve as a primary or secondary contact for clients regarding social media initiatives. Build strong relationships that support long-term partnerships and ensure social output aligns with client objectives.
Key Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns for multiple clients. Support the development of timelines, budgets, and strategy with input from social and creative teams.
Key Content Delivery: Coordinate with creative and social teams to ensure asset requests are submitted and content is delivered in line with project goals and brand standards.
Key Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, growth, influencer, and community) to execute campaigns cohesively and efficiently.
Key Community Engagement: Collaborate with community managers to strengthen engagement and expand the reach of client brands.
Key Performance Reporting & Optimization: Use analytics tools to evaluate social campaign performance. Work with internal team members to produce client-facing reports and optimize strategies based on key metrics.
Team Mentorship: Support and mentor junior social team members to ensure continuity across processes and strong cross-department collaboration.
Key Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in social media management.
Hands-on experience with major platforms: Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch (Farcaster and Lens a plus).
Proven work experience in Web3, blockchain, or other emerging tech sectors.
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask across clients and timelines.
Highly collaborative with the ability to engage cross-departmentally and externally.
Familiarity with influencer engagement and community-driven social campaigns.
Data-driven decision-maker with experience using social analytics tools.
Clear, concise communicator with strong writing and verbal skills.
