SOCIAL MEDIA LEAD – WOMEN’S

REPORTS TO: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

STATUS: NON-EXEMPT

The Social Media Lead – Women’s is responsible for working closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams to provide digital support for Boot Barn and exclusive brands via social media. The ideal candidate will understand social media platforms, marketing strategy, manage multiple deadlines, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and will support and collaborate with key Marketing leaders and team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the social media efforts across all platforms supporting new product launches, seasonal campaigns, brand partnerships, and more for Boot Barn and Exclusive Brands women’s content.
  • Plan and implement new social media strategies on all platforms, monitoring social media trends and providing innovative ideas and concepts to support brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, merchandising, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Create and manage a social media content calendar across all platforms.
  • Community management - Monitor and facilitate responses to social media posts and direct messages in partnership on all platform fostering engagement and growth.
  • Track, analyze, summarize, and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations to improve engagement and follower count.
  • Working with existing talent and sourcing new partnerships to support business needs.
  • Review all content before it’s posted, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

  • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
  • Travels up to 20% of scheduled shifts
  • Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations
  • Adheres to local, state and federal laws
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management
  • Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in Social Media
  • Highly proficient with all social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Pinterest. Snapchat experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media planning tools, Sprout social preferred.
  • Must be extremely well organized, work well under pressure and be a strong problem solver
  • Self-motivator with good initiative
  • Experience meeting multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.

PAY RANGE: $33.00 - $36.06/hr*
