We're looking for a high-energy, creative, and super proactive Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern who doesn't just scroll through Instagram but knows what makes people stop scrolling!

At Cityfurnish, we're changing the way India lives by making furniture and appliances accessible through smart, flexible rentals.

-What You'll Own

Social Media & Content

· Spot emerging trends, viral formats, memes, and cultural moments before everyone else.

· Brainstorm fresh, scroll-stopping content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

· Help plan, execute, and manage the social media content calendar.

· Coordinate with designers, video editors, and creators to bring content ideas to life.

· Write catchy captions, engaging hooks, and relatable social media copy.

· Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.

Influencer Marketing & Collaborations

· Discover and shortlist relevant influencers, UGC creators, and micro-influencers who fit the Cityfurnish brand.

· Take ownership of influencer outreach, communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.

· Coordinate collaborations end-to-end, from initial outreach and briefing to content delivery and publishing.

· Come up with creative influencer campaign concepts that go beyond typical promotional content.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with creators.

· Track campaign performance, deliverables, and results.

· An excellent communicator: You're confident reaching out to creators, pitching ideas, and following up.

· Organized and accountable: You can juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and close the loop without constant reminders.

· Experiment-driven: You're comfortable trying new things, learning fast, and improving based on results.

· High on energy, low on excuses: You have a positive, can-do attitude and genuinely enjoy getting things done.

Bonus Points If You

· Have managed an Instagram page, built a personal brand, or worked on influencer collaborations.

· Know your way around Canva, CapCut, Instagram Insights, or basic video editing.

· Have a good eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and short-form video content.

· Can confidently pitch wild ideas and actually execute them.

· Already follow emerging Indian content creators and know who's worth collaborating with.
