In under three years, we’ve enrolled over 5,000 men, grown 10x, and become one of the leading coaching companies in our space. We continue expanding rapidly, delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients every day.
We are looking to bring on top talent to expand our organic presence and reach across all social media platforms. We are hiring a Social Media Growth Strategist to build and lead the organic content engine for Marriage Reset across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

The Opportunity
Organic content is one of our next major growth levers. We already have proven messaging, long-form content, a strong founder voice, and an editing team in place. What we need now is the operator who can turn those raw materials into a consistent, high-performing content machine.
In this role, you will:
- Build and lead the organic content engine across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Work directly with Josh Hudson on content strategy, ideation, brand voice, and creative direction
- Turn long-form content into platform-native short-form clips, posts, titles, thumbnails, and content angles
- Lead the editing team and raise the standard for hook strength, pacing, retention, storytelling, and brand consistency
- Create repeatable systems so great content becomes predictable instead of accidental
- Use performance data to identify winning hooks, themes, formats, and content pillars
- Feed proven organic insights back into the Paid team to improve ads, hooks, and messaging
- Help expand Marriage Reset’s mission to reach and save one million marriages
What You'll Own
- Design and run our Content Waterfall System by turning every long-form video into a stream of platform-native shorts and social posts
- Own the organic content calendar and publishing cadence across all channels
- Lead the 5-person editing team day-to-day - review every cut for hook strength, pacing, retention, and brand voice
- Run the weekly editor meeting; hold the line on deadlines and quality
- Own thumbnail and title testing (with the Head of Marketing & Josh Hudson) to drive CTR across YouTube and other socials
- Track organic performance, report weekly, and iterate based on the data
- Build the SOPs and workflows that make all of the above repeatable
- Feed winning hooks, themes, and messaging to the Paid team
- Support new channels (LinkedIn, blog, podcast) as we scale
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms by ensuring all touchpoints align with our brand guide and content pillars
What Winning Looks Like in the First 90 Days
- A consistent organic publishing cadence is live across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Shorts, with output 5x higher than before.
- The editing team is clear on standards, deadlines, and brand voice with zero mistakes
- Long-form content is being reliably turned into platform-native clips
- Weekly performance reporting is in place
- Top hooks, angles, titles, and themes are being fed back to the Paid team
- We can clearly see which content pillars are driving reach, trust, leads, and sales
This Role Is Not for You If
- You need constant direction to stay productive
- You have zero experience growing social media platforms with little to no views and sales
- You avoid giving and receiving direct feedback
- You cannot balance creativity with deadlines, systems, and data
- You are uncomfortable being measured by output, quality, and performance
Requirements
- 3+ years managing content production or editing teams in async, remote-first environments
- Proven experience reviewing video edits and giving quality, pacing, and creative feedback
- Experience with short-form content distribution - Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok
- Experience building Content Waterfall systems, SOPs, and repeatable workflows
- Analytics competency - you understand which leading and lagging metrics are appropriate across each platform
- Background in coaching, info-products, or online education (highly preferred)

Working Hours & Compensation:
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Compensation: 5,000 USD/month
- Performance bonus tied to organic qualified leads, booked calls, and revenue contribution once tracking systems are established.
