About the Role
We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Social Media Expert to manage and grow the brand's digital presence across multiple platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, executing social media strategies, and driving audience growth, engagement, and lead generation in a competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Identify trends, audience preferences, and opportunities for brand positioning.
Drive innovative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Content Creation & Management
Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Coordinate with design and media teams for visuals, graphics, and video production.
Write compelling captions and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
Maintain consistency in posting schedules and content quality.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs.
Optimize campaigns based on insights, engagement rates, and conversion data.
Manage paid social media campaigns to drive leads and traffic.
Prepare reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Community Management & Engagement
Manage daily interactions, comments, messages, and inquiries.
Build and nurture an engaged online community.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain brand reputation and handle feedback effectively.
Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate with sales teams to align social media efforts with sales goals.
Launch and manage property campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Track and improve conversion funnels from social platforms.
Market Trends & Competitive Analysis
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
Analyze competitor activity and benchmark performance.

Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams.
Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners when required.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or lifestyle sectors.
Proven experience in managing business accounts and running paid campaigns.
Strong portfolio showcasing content creation and campaign success.
