Job Description

We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Executive to join our national team, based in Melbourne.
This role will primarily focus on Instagram and TikTok growth and content operations, with a strong focus on organic user acquisition and event/campaign exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Instagram and TikTok accounts
  • Support Xiaohongshu and Threads content operations
  • Plan, write and publish social media content
  • Research trends and optimise content performance
  • Coordinate influencer/KOL collaborations
  • Support content shooting, editing and event coverage
  • Assist with community engagement and audience interaction

Requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin is required
  • Minimum 1 year of Instagram account management experience
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Threads and Xiaohongshu trends
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social media content and aesthetics
  • Must provide social media profiles/accounts previously managed

Preferred

  • Experience in food, lifestyle or local business content
  • Experience working with influencers or social campaigns
