As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and compelling content for various digital platforms. Your responsibilities include managing our social media channels, developing creative campaigns, and producing captivating content that resonates with our audience. This role requires a deep enthusiasm for social media marketing, a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage and grow our online community.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and business development to ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
• Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and respond to comments and messages on time.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong writing, graphic design, and video production skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, SEO, Google Analytics, and content creation software
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
