We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Employer Branding Intern to join our EMEA TA team in Leuven.

Job Responsibilities

Research & Strategy:

• Analyze employer branding best practices and propose improvements to our integrated marketing campaigns

Social Media & Content:

• Support the creation and scheduling of content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
• Promote job openings, employee stories, company culture, and initiatives

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging visuals and copy (videos, social posts, referral campaigns, job descriptions, event materials).
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines.

Campaign Development:

• Assist in planning and launching recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and job board effectiveness through key metrics.

Creative Brainstorming:

• Contribute fresh, out-of-the-box ideas for employer branding and marketing activation.

Data analytics & dashboard creation

• Co-create and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for dashboard development and performance tracking.

Profile Description

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field.
• Available for at least 3 days per week at our Leuven HQ, for a period of 3 months or more.
• Available to start an internship in October 2026 or Februari 2027
• Fluent in English (Dutch and/or German are a plus).
• A hands-on, energetic self-starter with a creative mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools and platforms – you’re social media savvy.
• Skilled in content creation tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, and familiar with graphic design or video editing.
