This position demands a well-rounded expertise in strategy, visual design, content guidance, and performance analysis. The perfect candidate will possess a keen eye for visuals, an in-depth knowledge of content trends, and the capability to lead and manage a creative team comprising designers, video editors, and content creators.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement social media and digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Promote brand expansion across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
- Convert business goals into effective campaigns and content strategies.
- Oversee content planning with an emphasis on reels, videos, trend-inspired content, and storytelling techniques.
- Provide guidance for scripts, captions, hooks, and messaging for campaigns.
- Maintain strong visual appeal and brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Manage and execute Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Track campaign performance and suggest enhancements based on data insights.
- Evaluate social media analytics and key campaign performance indicators.
- Optimize social media profiles to increase visibility and user engagement.
- Lead and supervise a creative team of 5–6 members, including designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth management and execution of campaigns and product launches.
- Oversee community engagement efforts and maintain an active, loyal audience base.
Who You Are
- Possess 3–5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
- Have a strong grasp of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content strategy development.
- Familiar with Meta Ads platforms and analytics tools.
- Exhibit excellent visual aesthetics sense and skills in visual storytelling.
- Experienced in creating scripts, captions, and developing campaign ideas.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and effective execution skills.
- Capable of managing and mentoring a creative team.
- Experience with wellness, lifestyle, beauty, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands is highly desirable.
