NCSY, a program of the Orthodox Union, connects with Jewish teens through innovative, cutting-edge social and recreational programs to develop a positive Jewish identity. NCSY inspires Jewish teens through informal Jewish education, retreats, and summer programs. NCSY empowers teens through leadership development and guidance to become passionately committed leaders of the Jewish community and instruments for positive change and renewal.
The Orthodox Union (OU) is one of the largest Orthodox Jewish organizations in the United States. Founded in 1898, the OU supports a network of synagogues, youth programs, Jewish and Religious Zionist advocacy programs, programs for people with disabilities, localized religious study programs, and international units. The OU maintains a kosher certification service, whose circled U symbol, Ⓤ, is found on the labels of many kosher commercial and consumer food products.
NCSY is seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Social Media & Digital Engagement Associate to help tell the story of our movement, further educate and deepen our connection with the tens of thousands of teens, families, alumni, donors, educators, and community partners who engage with our work.
The Social Media & Digital Engagement Associate will create, curate, and publish compelling, high-level content across our social media platforms, while helping build a strong, consistent, and engaging digital presence for both JSU and NCSY.

Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience.
