SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL CONTENT INTERN – BA LAUNDRY

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1. Social media execution & coordination

  • Support the execution of the editorial calendar for Electrolux Professional global social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Support the launch and centralized management of Wascomat global social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram).
  • Assistin preparing, scheduling, and publishing content across global channels.
  • Provide operational social media support to Americas and APAC regions.
  • Prepare and share ready‑to‑use social media content for local marketing teams.
  • Support content adaptation for local markets while ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and tone of voice.
  • Ensure all social media contentcomplies withGroup social media guidelines and brand identity.
  • Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and support reporting.

2. Digital training & learning content on laundry products

  • Support the creation of digital training materials related to BA Laundry products, solutions, and use cases.
  • Help transform technical and commercial content into:
  • Structured learning flows
  • Clear how‑to content and explainers
  • Simple visuals, short presentations, and learning assets
  • Support storyboarding, drafting, and structuring training content in collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and L&D teams.
  • Contribute to the preparation of content for internal platforms or partner academies (e.g.LMS‑ready materials).

3. Content repurposing & scalability

  • Repurpose existing product, marketing, and sales materials into training‑ready and partner‑friendly formats.
  • Adapt content so it can be reused across learning, sales enablement, and digital channels.
  • Use digital and AI tools to draft, structure, visualize, and refine content efficiently.

4. Quality, consistency & learning

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards.
  • Support basic feedback collection on training and content effectiveness.
  • Learn from performance data and stakeholder input to continuously improve content.

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

Required skills & profile

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in social media, digital content, and storytelling.
  • Interest in learning about technical products and translating complexity into clear messages.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and respect for brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Comfortable collaborating with international stakeholders (global, regional, and local teams).
  • Strong written communication skills in English (additionallanguages are a plus).
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Digital & content tools (nice to have)

Wedon’texpect mastery, but we value curiosity and basic familiarity with tools such as:
