Social Media Coordinator | Brooklyn, NY · $65K–$80K

About the Role

You'll be the connective tissue behind the content that keeps a roster of e-commerce brands showing up across social every day. Leading a team of three remote social media managers, you'll own the timelines, hold the team accountable, and make sure every brand's content ships on schedule and on point. This is a role for someone who lives in content calendars and knows how to bring structure, momentum, and clear communication to a remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Oversee and support a team of three remote social media managers
• Set clear expectations and bring accountability to how the team operates

Project & Timeline Management

• Own content timelines and keep every brand's calendar on track
• Ensure work is delivered on schedule across the full brand roster

Content Coordination

• Coordinate content production across multiple e-commerce brands
• Keep communication tight and information flowing between managers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media content timelines and calendars
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable leading a remote team and holding people accountable
