You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Creative teams, and Global Communications while connecting with creators, decorators, printers, agencies, and partners across the industry.

Your role and impact

  • Own the US content calendar and ensure content supports business priorities, campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external partners to produce photography, video, educational content, and social-first assets.
  • Adapt global campaigns and content for US audiences.
  • Capture and coordinate content creation at trade shows, customer visits, showroom events, product launches, and partner activations.

Creator & Industry Partnerships

  • Build relationships with creators, decorators, printers, agencies, influencers, Official Dealers, and industry organizations.
  • Develop collaborative content initiatives and partnership campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to encourage user-generated content.
  • Strengthen brand credibility through authentic engagement with relevant communities.

Paid Media Management

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage audience targeting, campaign structure, testing plans, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor campaign performance against awareness, engagement, lead generation, and return-on-investment goals.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and test new approaches, formats, and channels.

Email Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and execute email marketing and newsletter campaigns.
  • Support communication around product launches, events, commercial initiatives, and partner programs.
  • Help ensure a consistent message across all marketing channels.
  • Work with Sales teams to support lead generation and campaign follow-up activities.

CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Support marketing automation initiatives through HubSpot.
  • Build and improve audience segmentation and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Develop automated customer journeys aligned with different stages of the buying process.
  • Monitor lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and conversion performance.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report on social media, content, and campaign performance.
  • Turn data into practical recommendations and actions.
  • Measure content effectiveness, audience growth, lead generation, and campaign results.
  • Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, content creation, reporting, and campaign management.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.

About you
