Mater Foundation are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to join the Lotteries team! This permanent, full-time role will be based at our Newstead campus.

Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
What you’ll be doing at Mater Lotteries?
The Social Media & Content Specialist is responsible for owning and growing our organic social presence, creating compelling, channel-first content that delivers against campaign and acquisition objectives. You will oversee organic social media, content strategy, production shoots, campaign delivery, community management and performance reporting.
You’ll collaborate closely with our digital marketing team, agency partners, production crews and internal stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, engages audiences and supports acquisition goals.
About you
You are a hands-on social content specialist with a proven track record of building and managing social channels, not just planning campaigns.
You understand platform dynamics, content trends and audience behaviours, and you’re confident creating, testing and optimising content that drives engagement and results.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.
We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
