Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Content Specialist contributes to the creation, planning, publishing, and optimization of content across La Vie en Rose’s social platforms. This role enhances brand visibility by producing engaging content that aligns with marketing goals and the company’s identity. The specialist collaborates in developing and executing content strategy, monitors trends, and supports creative initiatives aimed at maximizing reach and engagement on social media.

Key Responsibilities
• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of social media content strategy
• Create, adapt, and optimize original and engaging content tailored to platforms, target audiences, and performance metrics
• Manage content production for various social media initiatives and projects
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop relevant and creative posts
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all social platforms
• Support UGC content strategy to strengthen community engagement
• Work closely with stakeholders involved in daily social media management and influencer campaigns
• Participate in event coverage and real-time content creation
• Integrate and recommend AI tools to enhance the creative process, optimize visuals, and improve content production
• Analyze content performance and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results
• Monitor digital trends and social platform updates to propose new content ideas
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams
Your Profile

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience in social media or content creation
• Retail and/or fashion experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends
• Proficiency with digital platforms and content management tools
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend events
