Your next obsession? Creating content for TALLY.

Your camera roll is full of content ideas. You spot a TikTok trend before it takes over your feed. And when you see a great outfit, you already know how you’d shoot it.

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes social culture and knows how to turn fashion into content people stop scrolling for. Based at our Basel HQ, you’ll take ideas from “we should try this” to filmed, edited and ready to post.

What you’ll do

• Create, shoot and edit content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories and emerging social platforms.
• Stay plugged into trending sounds, formats, creators, memes and conversations—and spot what makes sense for TALLY.
• Turn our collections into outfit videos, styling moments, behind-the-scenes clips and spontaneous social content.
• Get behind the camera—and feel comfortable stepping in front of it, too.
• Bring colleagues, models and creators into your content, helping them feel natural on camera.
• Take ownership of everyday shoots: find the angle, style the shot, set up the lighting and make it happen.
• Work closely with our brand, social and creative teams to bring campaigns to life in a way that feels native to each platform.
• Keep testing hooks, edits and formats, using performance and community feedback to shape your next idea.

What you bring

• A portfolio, personal account or examples that show your eye for engaging social content. Show us what you create.
• A strong instinct for TikTok, Instagram and internet culture—you understand the references, the humour and the pace.
• Confidence filming on your phone and editing with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• An eye for fashion, styling, framing and the details that make a video work.
• The initiative to pitch an idea, grab a camera and get started.
• A collaborative attitude, curiosity and the confidence to try something new.
• English that lets you collaborate comfortably with our international team.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site at our Basel HQ.
