Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Robert Graham is looking for a Social Media Content Creator who sits at the intersection of creativity and execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both generate ideas and bring them to life, quickly, consistently, and with a strong point of view. You will be responsible for building and amplifying the brand’s presence across social platforms through content that is culturally relevant, visually compelling, and unmistakably Robert Graham.

Content Creation

  • Own end-to-end content creation: concept → shoot → edit → publish
  • Produce high-frequency, high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Create a mix of formats: styling, storytelling, behind-the-scenes, product focus, and trend-driven content
  • Ensure all content reflects Robert Graham’s balance of bold expression and quieter confidence

Trend & Platform Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform shifts
  • Rapidly translate trends into brand-right content (not generic trend chasing)
  • Continuously test, learn, and refine based on performance
  • Liaise with Paid Media resource to ensure amplification and synchronization as needed

On-the-Ground Content Capture

  • Capture content at events, store activations, shoots, and key brand moments

Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and retail teams
  • Partner with influencers/creators when needed to amplify reach

Performance Mindset

  • Track engagement, reach, and growth metrics

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 3–6 year’s experience in social media content creation (fashion/lifestyle strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content
  • Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and content algorithms
  • Strong taste level—understands fashion, styling, and visual storytelling
  • Self-starter who can operate without heavy structure
  • Comfortable moving fast and producing consistently

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
