Your new role

As Social Media Communication Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our digital communication efforts across priority therapeutic areas including Obesity, Diabetes, Growth Disorders, and Haemophilia. You'll craft and execute strategies that strengthen disease awareness, enhance our public image, and create meaningful engagement across multiple stakeholder groups.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing our digital communication strategy across owned and social channels, building evidence-based, compliant content that enhances our corporate brand presence
  • Leading disease awareness campaigns from insight generation through to execution, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and public expectations; Analyzing social discourse structures for each therapeutic area and creating tailored engagement strategies that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Managing and optimizing company-owned digital platforms to deliver high-quality, public-friendly content that drives social amplification
  • Overseeing creative briefing, content production, and agency governance to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Defining KPIs across the campaign lifecycle—from reach and engagement to sentiment shift and behavior change—and delivering performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, Public Affairs, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners, to ensure integrated and compliant execution

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a strategic communication professional who thrives in the intersection of healthcare, digital innovation, and stakeholder engagement. You are expected to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field and Business-level English proficiency in both verbal and written communication
  • 7–10 years of experience in healthcare communications, digital marketing, or consumer engagement, with healthcare digital experience strongly preferred
  • Open to candidates from pharma/healthcare industries and consumer FMCG, e-commerce platform
  • Proven track record of planning and executing patient/consumer campaigns with measurable outcomes in a healthcare context; Experience working within regulated healthcare environments, including navigating compliance review processes and maintaining regulatory standards will be important; profound understanding of social ecosystems and digital communication dynamics are required
  • Strong project management capabilities and demonstrated ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies; Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex medical information into compelling, public-friendly narratives and the data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on insights
