This internship offers hands-on exposure to national brand strategy, cosmetic marketing, and large-scale campaigns within a fast-growing healthcare organization. The role reports directly to a Director of Brand Marketing with 20+ years of experience who is committed to mentorship, professional growth, and giving interns meaningful, resume-building work.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Social Media & Brand Marketing Intern to support our social media, cosmetic promotions, advertising, and marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, highly organized, and eager to learn how brand strategy is executed at scale, while actively contributing to campaigns and social media for high-profile dermatologists and national brands.
This is a hands-on role that blends content creation, promotional strategy,event planning, and traditional marketing, offering a well-rounded marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and executing social media content shoots with physicians and providers
- Support the development and management of social media and promotional content calendars
- Assist in the creation and execution of cosmetic promotions, including offers, timelines, and campaign support
- Help draft and organize print advertising, digital ads, and promotional collateral
- Support event planning, including timelines, vendor coordination, signage, and on-site materials
- Assist with brand and campaign strategy by conducting research, organizing insights, and supporting presentations
- Help ensure brand consistency and compliance across social, print, and digital channels
- Track basic campaign performance and assist with reporting and post-campaign recaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, vendors, and leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- Strong interest in social media, branding, cosmetic marketing, and events
- Familiarity with social media
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Basic design or editing skills are a plus

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.
Physical Requirements: Must possess manual dexterity to operate office machines including computer and calculator; stooping and bending to handle files and supplies; and mobility to complete errands or deliveries. Includes handling of sharps and chemicals. Multiple staff demands and deadlines can trigger stress.
