This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Lean-Pro Social Media & Automation Specialist to help grow and manage the online presence of our client. This role is perfect for someone who is emotionally mature, takes initiative, handles feedback well, and has a strong sense of honesty, clarity, and integrity. The ideal candidate will start by assisting with content posting and creation on Instagram and Facebook, as well as video editing using Captions app. As the role evolves, there will be opportunities to manage automations and emails using GoHighLevel, along with future client scheduling responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow alongside a client’s business and make a significant impact as they scale.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Posting:
Post content on
Instagram
and
Facebook
to maintain an active online presence.
Create content from client testimonials and other materials using
Canva
.
Manage minor video editing tasks using
Captions app
for short-form video content.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
Help spread the word about the client’s offerings, ensuring the message is clear and consistent across all platforms.
Maintain engagement with followers and respond to inquiries, ensuring communication aligns with the client’s brand values.
GoHighLevel & Email Management (Future):
Over time, assist in managing
GoHighLevel automations
for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
Help with client email campaigns and ensure that they run smoothly.
Client Scheduling (Future):
Depending on the client’s needs, help schedule client appointments and manage calendar events as the business grows.
Clear and Open Communication:
Handle situations independently while maintaining clear and honest communication, even when challenges arise.
Receive feedback well and make necessary improvements to ensure smooth operations.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role such as Social Media Manager (SMM) or Automation Specialist, with a proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts and automations.
Proficient in creating visually appealing and engaging content for Instagram and Facebook using Canva.
Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook platforms, including content posting, engagement, and community management.
Basic Knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) for managing automations, lead nurturing, and email campaigns is preferred, with a willingness to grow and develop this skill set.
Ability to handle tasks and feedback with emotional maturity, communicate clearly, and work autonomously.
