STRADIGY CONSULTING of behalf of its client (a fast growing Digital Agency) is looking for a Social Media Ads Specialist to join their multiawarded team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a winning social media strategy while setting relevant KPIs according to business objectives.
• Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn Business platforms.
• Apply audience insights and analytics data to inform paid social campaigns.
• Be up to date with the latest social media trends, apply international best practices and innovative tools.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Marketing, or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Successfully devised and developed paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (Pinterest & Twitter is a plus).
• Experience in e-commerce and paid social strategies optimized for ROI.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to provide brand-led strategic messaging.
• Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Facebook Analytics and other Third Party Apps (Google Analytics).
• Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working.
• Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines.
• Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus.
