We’re looking for a Social Media Account Executive with a focus in community management — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a sharp eye for detail and knows how to turn day-to-day engagement into meaningful brand moments.

What You'll Do
Lead Community Management

• Monitor and manage social media channels for 2–3 clients (weekday cadence: every 30 minutes, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Respond to comments, messages and questions in a timely, brand-aligned voice
• Triage customer issues and escalate when appropriate
• Build positive, human interactions that strengthen brand loyalty
• Identify and execute “surprise and delight” engagement opportunities

Social Listening & Insights

• Support team developing social media and other brand creative by sharing insights into consumer behavior
• Elevate user-generated content for consideration in organic social
• Gather, identify and organize insights to aid preparation and delivery of consumer listening reports to inform strategy and decision-making

What You Bring & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2–3 years of experience in social media or community management
• Fluent across a variety of social channels as an active and passionate participant
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, bringing care and accuracy to all projects
• Maintain professional rapport with clients, building their trust and confidence
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, always-on environment
• Collaborate with peers and other departments across agency
• Understand when to seek help or counsel from appropriate senior staff 
• Commit to following Hiebing’s AI Policy
• A curious, can-do attitude and “we before me” mindset to daily work

Work Environment & Eligibility
Hybrid role based in Madison, WI (in-office Monday–Wednesday; remote Thursday–Friday). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
