Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

From our headquarters in Stockholm, Global Sales and Marketing support and drive growth across more than 40 markets, working closely with subsidiaries, distributors and global functions. We are now expanding our team and looking for an Social Marketing Manager for European Distributor Markets, based at HQ.

About the role

As Social Marketing Manager for European Distributor Markets, you will drive marketing execution and brand growth across distributor-led markets in Europe. You will coordinate marketing budgets across multiple markets, ensuring accurate forecasting, spend tracking, and reporting.

You will translate global marketing and social media direction into execution, working closely with distributors to shape and deliver local activities that drive impact. The role sits close to the business, with a clear emphasis on social media, local marketing activation, and continuous improvement across markets.

You will support both existing markets and new market entries, ensuring launches are structured and marketing is in place from day one.

Working in close partnership with your colleagues in Global Sales and Marketing, you will be a guardian of our brands, safeguarding their identity and ensuring all activities meet our standards.

The position is based at our headquarters in Stockholm and reports to Chief Sales Officer Vitamin Well Group.

In short your responsibilities will be:
  • Drive market activation: Execute and develop marketing plans across distributor markets, with a strong focus on social media, community, and product sampling.

  • Strengthen social presence: Implement and follow up on social media strategies across markets, supporting distributors in delivering relevant and effective content and campaigns. Drive initiatives that strengthen brand engagement and grow local communities around our brands.

  • Enable distributor performance: Work closely with distributors to ensure strong and consistent execution, aligning marketing efforts with commercial priorities and growth objectives.

  • Own budget planning and follow-up: Manage marketing investments across multiple distributor markets, including forecasting, spend tracking, reporting, and ensuring resources are allocated where they drive the greatest impact.

  • Build capabilities over time: Assess market maturity and recommend when to strengthen local marketing and activation capabilities, whether through distributors, agencies, or dedicated resources.

Who are you

You are a hands-on, social-first marketer with international experience, used to working across markets and through partners. You are skilled at coordinating multiple markets, stakeholders, agencies, and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining momentum and execution quality.

You understand how brands should show up across channels, particularly in social media and digital, and know how to translate direction into effective local execution. You combine structure with pragmatism and focus on what drives impact.

You are drawn to fast-moving, lifestyle-driven brands and thrive in environments where speed, ownership, and execution matter. You enjoy working close to the business, adapting to different market conditions, and moving quickly from plan to action.

Essential skills to succeed
  • Experience: Several years of experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG or lifestyle brands, with exposure to international or multi-market environments.

  • Budget management: Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting spend, and following up investments across multiple markets or business units.

  • Social media understanding: Strong understanding of social media as a growth channel, including content, performance, and platform dynamics.

  • Distributor or partner-led markets: Experience working with distributors, partners, or decentralised markets is highly relevant.

  • Execution focus: Proven ability to turn plans into action and drive consistent execution across multiple markets.

  • Commercial understanding: Ability to align marketing with sales priorities and understand how activities translate into business impact.

  • Data and follow-up: Comfortable tracking performance and using data to improve execution.

  • Ways of working: Highly structured, hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable operating across multiple markets and stakeholders.

  • Practicalities: Based in Stockholm. Fluent in English. Willingness to travel within Europe.
