Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Commission
Job Shift: AnyWe are looking for detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals with a knack for online research to join our team as Social Intelligence Investigators. In this role, you will conduct deep-dive internet and social media investigations to support insurance claims—particularly those involving potential fraud in Workers’ Compensation and Liability cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct web-based and social media investigations to gather claim-relevant intelligence.
- Perform in-depth searches using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Utilize public records, court databases, and internal tools to locate individuals and gather evidence.
- Request and retrieve official records from courts, police departments, and other government agencies.
- Analyze investigative findings to assess potential fraud and determine next steps.
- Document and write clear, detailed reports outlining investigation outcomes.
- Communicate case updates and findings to management in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to legal and industry standards throughout all investigations.

Qualifications
- Strong computer and internet research skills; able to navigate public records and social media platforms with confidence.
- Experience using social media in a professional or investigative capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word; ability to type at least 45 words per minute preferred.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in law enforcement or claims may be considered in place of formal education.
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean criminal record.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual (Spanish or another language) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for “finding the needle in the haystack.”
- Ability to interpret legal and insurance documents and instructions in various formats (written, verbal, diagrams, schedules).
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
