We’re looking for our next colleague to join our Paid Social team in Copenhagen. We’re a great match if you know exactly how to make brands trend on TikTok, possess a sharp creative eye, and have the ability to define and lead the paid social direction for some of the biggest brands.
Lead social first strategy and execution for ambitious brands
You will take a leading role in defining how our clients adopt a social and brand-first mindset, where your focus will be to merge Paid Media, Meta, and especially TikTok into one powerful, cohesive strategy. In close collaboration with leading Nordic and international brands, you will develop their strategies, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure we consistently deliver exceptional results.
Your role centers on four key pillars:
Brand and creator strategy: Collaborate with brands, creators and content teams to design Paid Social strategies that focus on storytelling and impact
Strategic client partnership: Act as lead consultant and strategic partner to some of our top clients, translating brand ambitions into social-first execution
Innovation and excellence Identify opportunities to evolve our services and implement new ways of working to set the standard for social marketing excellence
Technical leadership and mentorship: Inspire and coach junior specialists by setting the standard hands on execution of social first strategies, be a part of driving a culture where creativity and data-powered performance go hand in hand, combining strategic guidance across platforms and tools

You are a social first specialist ready to step into a leading role
We are looking for an experienced specialist who is always one step ahead of the scroll. You have a deep, intuitive understanding of what works on social platforms like TikTok - from the latest trends and hooks to the sounds shaping the platform.
You are motivated by guiding your clients toward a social-first mindset, ensuring their strategy is always rooted in what is happening right now, with hands-on experience executing and optimizing paid social campaigns to drive measurable results.
While we do not believe in rigid checklists, the following traits will set you up for success:
Deep understanding and interest in positioning brands on social platforms: You stay ahead of trends and platform dynamics, with a strong instinct for what resonates culturally on ex. TikTok and how brands should show up to win attention and relevance
You combine creative instinct with technical understanding: You blend spotting trends, upcoming creators, and with paid social know-how, using in-platform data and tools to drive performance impact
Strategic client leadership: Confident in leading client dialogue, acting as a trusted advisor, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impact
Curiosity & bold thinking: A proactive and curious mindset that challenges status quo and pushes the work forward through new ideas and approaches
Language proficiency: Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
