  • Ensure productions meet creative, quality, brand, and client requirements
  • Liaise closely with creative, social, account, and client teams to align on scope, expectations, and delivery
  • Track budgets and timelines, flagging risks or issues early and escalating when needed
  • Support procurement processes including supplier sourcing, triple-bidding, and cost approvals
  • Assist with international production logistics where required, ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Attend shoots when necessary and support live production management
  • Oversee post-production workflows, ensuring deadlines and delivery milestones are met
  • Support accurate financial reconciliation at project completion
  • Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders throughout the production lifecycle
  • Keep up to date with evolving production tools, technologies, and trends, including AI-enabled production solutions
  • Contribute positively to team culture, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Role-Specific Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven experience producing digital, social, print, or film content in an agency, studio, or in-house environment
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Good understanding of production workflows across different content formats
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with creatives, clients, and suppliers
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
  • Commercial awareness and basic budget management experience
  • Experience working on global or multi-market campaigns is a plus

You Will:

  • Bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to production challenges
  • Be comfortable working hands-on and supporting senior team members
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders
