You will be the driving force behind bringing our Social and TikTok presence to life, transforming everyday routines into highly engaging, viral moments. In this role, you won’t just post content; you will own our social strategy, specifically championing our internal 1NX framework to rapidly identify and leverage viral social trends. Beyond content creation, you will act as a catalyst for transformation within the company.

With a highly collaborative mindset, you will drive change across the organization by spreading your knowledge of social-first marketing, educating cross-functional teams, and championing a modern, agile approach to brand storytelling. You will blend creative execution with a solid understanding of media, analytics, and influencer partnerships to grow our brand awareness and deepen community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Channel Social Strategy: Create and own the overarching content strategy across all social platforms, in strong collaboration with our EMEA team. You will figure out how to leverage the "TikTok style" of content and successfully adapt those formats to engage younger demographics across our entire digital ecosystem.

  • Trend Spotting & 1NX Execution: Act as our in-house cultural radar. Spot emerging trends and utilize our internal 1NX methodology to quickly pitch and execute content that taps into viral social moments.

  • Creative Campaigning: Pitch and execute innovative, out-of-the-box marketing ideas to significantly grow brand awareness and engagement among Gen Z and millennials.

  • Influencer Management: Lead our influencer marketing efforts end-to-end—from sourcing and negotiating with creators to tracking performance and ROI.

  • Analytics & Media Optimization: Track and analyze performance metrics across channels. Use your understanding of the broader media landscape to optimize organic and paid content for maximum reach and conversion.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with PR and experiential agencies to amplify product launches, events, and brand activations across our social channels, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent everywhere.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, ideally within the FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle space

  • Platform Mastery: Deep, native understanding of TikTok and short-form video strategy. You know how to capture attention in the first 3 seconds and how to translate that success to other platforms

  • Content Creation (Bonus): While you will primarily manage strategy and external creators, hands-on ability to shoot and edit basic content yourself (e.g., CapCut) is a strong plus

  • Analytical & Strategic Mindset: You have a solid grasp of media principles and know how to interpret performance metrics to pivot your strategy

  • Communication: Fluent English and native-level German (spoken and written)

  • Agility: A proactive, test-and-learn attitude. You aren't afraid to experiment and move at the speed of internet culture.
