Social Content Creator / Videographer


Founder-Led Content | YouTube, TikTok, Reels & Organic Brand Growth


We’re looking for a

social-first content creator

who understands YouTube, TikTok, Reels, hooks, trends, and attention.


This is not a traditional videographer role.

This is not a slow corporate content position.

And it’s definitely not a “just edit what we send you” type of job.


We want someone who naturally thinks in:


  • Hooks


  • Formats


  • Content angles


  • Series ideas


  • Retention and attention


Someone who can work closely with our founder and turn raw thoughts, opinions, lessons, wins, and behind-the-scenes moments into content people actually want to watch.


If you constantly think:


  • “How would I improve this?”


  • “How would I hook people faster?”


  • “How would I turn this into a series?”


…you’ll probably fit this role well.


We’re a fast-growing agency looking for an A-player who wants to create content that actually drives brand growth.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Work directly with the founder to ideate, plan, film, and produce content


  • Create short and long-form content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other organic channels


  • Turn raw ideas and moments into engaging, high-retention videos


  • Develop hooks, recurring formats, and content series


  • Film founder-led content that feels natural and on-brand


  • Edit with strong pacing, storytelling, captions, and retention in mind


  • Capture behind-the-scenes, team, office, and brand-building content


  • Support client-side videography and editing when needed


  • Help maintain consistency and momentum across content output


  • Set up and manage cameras, lighting, audio, podcast, and studio equipment


  • Troubleshoot basic production hardware and tech issues


  • Help organise filming gear, storage systems, editing setups, and production workflows


What We’re Looking For


  • Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and modern social content


  • Strong editing instincts for pacing, hooks, captions, and storytelling


  • Confident filming and directing content


  • Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality


  • Strong creative taste and initiative


  • Organised, proactive, and reliable


  • Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment


  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows and file management


  • Comfortable working with cameras, studio equipment, and production tech


  • Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware or equipment issues independently


Nice to Have


  • Experience growing social channels


  • Experience with founder-led or personality-driven content


  • Experience with Sony cameras, drones, or professional video gear


  • Experience filming client content on-site


  • Experience editing ads or branded social content


  • Understanding of platform-native content styles


  • Experience with studio or podcast setups


  • Basic IT or hardware troubleshooting experience

  • Traditional videographers focused only on polished long-form production


  • Editors who only want execution work without ideation

  • Slow-moving or reactive creatives


  • Anyone who doesn’t naturally understand social-first content
