Job Description

You’ve picked a great time to join Avon. We’re the company that puts purpose, people and relationships at the heart of everything we do. The company that’s 135 years young and only just getting started. As part of the Regent LP family, we’re committed to being the best beauty company for the world by generating a positive environmental, economic and social impact for our communities across the globe.

Role Type

Permanent

What you'll be doing:

Deliver engaging, platform-native social content using a combination of imagery and footage supplied by the Creative team, supplemented with original imagery and footage captured personally. This role transforms creative assets into compelling social executions across multiple channels and formats, ready for adaptation locally through templates on The Box.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on social content across formats including static, carousel, short-form video, reels, stories, and animations for priority social platforms.
  • Combine global creative assets (imagery and footage delivered by the Creative team) with self-captured content where needed to create socially relevant, authentic outputs.
  • Capture original imagery and video footage (studio, BTS, product, lifestyle) to supplement campaign assets and enhance social storytelling.
  • Edit, assemble, and optimise social content for platform-specific best practices (aspect ratios, durations, pacing, sound, safe zones).
  • Apply brand guidelines, visual standards, and platform nuances to ensure all content is on-brand while feeling native to each social channel.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative and Content teams to ensure asset suitability and technical accuracy.
  • Deliver final social content to the Content Adaptation Specialist so that they can be created into templates for localisation.
  • Respond quickly to campaign needs, trends, and agile content opportunities while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Stay up to date with evolving social formats, trends, and best practices to continuously elevate content performance.
Experience & Skills Required
  • 3–6 years’ experience creating social-first content.
  • Strong hands-on skills in shooting and editing social imagery and video (mobile and/or camera-based).
  • Proficiency in social editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of major social platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook) and their creative requirements.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for pacing, composition, and social-native execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across creative and content teams.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple formats, deliverables, and timelines.
