As part of our growing Social Commerce team, you will support the operational processes behind creator commerce, livestream operations, affiliate campaigns, and financing & billing workflows across platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Commerce Operations Specialist to support operational execution across financing, billing, creator operations, and campaign management workflows.

This role requires strong operational rigor, spreadsheet management capabilities, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure smooth execution across internal stakeholders, brands, creators, and finance teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing large operational datasets and multiple concurrent workflows.

Responsibilities

Financing & Billing Operations

● Support end-to-end billing and financing operational processes for livestream, affiliate, creator, and social commerce campaigns.

● Manage operational trackers for financing utilization, creator costs, campaign budgets, invoicing status, and payment reconciliation.

● Coordinate with Finance teams on invoice validation, payment processing, accrual tracking, and billing documentation.

● Reconcile campaign spend, platform reports, operational records, and payout trackers to ensure data accuracy.

● Monitor billing timelines and proactively resolve operational discrepancies or delays.

Social Commerce Operations

● Maintain and manage operational workflows across creator campaigns, livestream schedules, short video production, and affiliate operations.

● Coordinate with working teams to support campaign setup, booking coordination, deliverable tracking, and operational readiness across multiple brands and stakeholders.

● Consolidate and maintain large-scale Google Sheets trackers and operational dashboards.

● Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across all operational reporting structures.

Process Optimization & Reporting

● Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.

● Support workflow automation initiatives using Google Sheets formulas, App Scripts, and standardized operational templates.

● Generate regular operational reports covering financing utilization, billing status, campaign pacing, creator payouts, and operational KPIs.

● Support monthly business reviews, reconciliation exercises, and operational planning processes.

Stakeholder Management

● Work closely with Commercial, Creator Operations, Livestream, Production, Finance, and Brand teams to support campaign execution.

● Coordinate with external stakeholders including creators, agencies, and platform partners where required.

● Ensure operational processes are executed in accordance with internal SOPs and timelines.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Marketing, or related fields.

● 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce operations, finance operations, social commerce operations, campaign operations, or billing coordination.

● Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including:

○ Pivot Tables

○ QUERY / lookup formulas

○ Data reconciliation

○ Reporting and tracker management

● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience supporting TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or social commerce ecosystems.

● Familiarity with affiliate, creator, livestream, or MCN operational workflows.

● Experience with Google Apps Script, workflow automation, or dashboard reporting tools is a plus.

● Prior experience in an agency, eCommerce enabler, or marketplace environment preferred.
