Job Title: Social Commerce Manager

We’re helping our client find a Social Commerce Manager to own and scale TikTok Shop into a major revenue-driving channel. In this role, you will connect creators, content, Live shopping, and performance media into a seamless commerce engine while contributing to rapid, trend-responsive growth within the TikTok ecosystem.
Requirements
1-3+ years in TikTok, social commerce, or creator-led DTC growth.
Hands-on experience owning a TikTok Shop (not just posting content)
Deep understanding of:
TikTok Live best practices
Affiliate attribution & incentives
Creator whitelisting & Spark Ads
Conversion-driven UGC formats
Proven ability to scale creators from dozens → thousands
Extremely data-driven but creatively fluent
Comfortable moving fast, testing constantly, and iterating in real time
Strong POV on what actually works on TikTok today
Beauty, haircare, wellness, or lifestyle brand experience
Experience launching TikTok Shop from $0 → meaningful monthly GMV
Familiarity with TikTok Shop ops, fulfillment, and compliance
Has personally hosted or directed TikTok Lives
