Job Description

About us

Dyson is a global technology enterprise. We solve the problems others choose to ignore, with surprising new inventions that defy convention and simply work better. We’re growing fast and our ambition is huge – more categories, more locations, and more people.

From its beginnings in cyclonic vacuums, Dyson’s portfolio has grown to include five main areas of technology: Cord-free and corded vacuum cleaners, hand dryers, lighting, environmental control machines (purifying fans, heating and cooling fans and humidifiers) and hair styling tools, which are sold in more than 82 countries across the world. We are on a mission to improve our customer’s lives: whether that be by making the the air they breathe safe and clean, or connecting them to high performing machines, which keep their homes clean.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Channel Strategy and Commercial Ownership
  • Support the development and execution of quarterly and monthly social commerce plans aligned with broader e-commerce and business objectives.

  • Assist with sales forecasting, campaign planning and performance reporting activities.
  1. Integrated Social Commerce Operating Plan
  • Own one integrated calendar across launches, BAU content, affiliates, owned livestreams, paid activity and promotional moments.

  • Ensure key stakeholders are aligned on timelines, deliverables and campaign requirements.
  • Support weekly performance reviews by consolidating updates, tracking actions and following up on outstanding items.
  1. Commercial Levers and Budget
  • Partner with Sales on pricing, promotions, bundles, vouchers, stock allocation and social commerce shop mechanics.
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize investments across affiliate, content, livestream and paid activities.
  • Escalate stock, pricing or profitability risks with quantified options and a recommended decision.
  1. Workstream Leadership
  • Set the commercial brief and performance priorities for the Social Commerce Content Specialist.
  • Partner with the Affiliate lead on recruitment, activation, content output and affiliate GMV contribution.
  • Partner with the Livestream lead on owned-livestream strategy, calendar, roster, conversion performance and AI-livestream integration.
  • Partner with Social and Marketing teams on global assets, brand guardrails, local adaptation and paid-media amplification.
  • Partner with Category/GTM on paid KOLs and celebrity activity where the primary objective is brand or category awareness.
  1. Performance and Optimisation
  • Maintain and consolidate social commerce performance reporting and insights.
  • Analyze the full funnel: content reach and watch time, product clicks, affiliate conversion, livestream efficiency, product-card performance, media ROAS and repeat/new-buyer contribution.
  • Run structured tests across content, offers, livestream formats, affiliate cohorts and media; scale proven activity and stop low-return activity.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy and convert insights into clear weekly actions, owners and deadlines.
