About Us:

Soccer Stars United is a leading youth soccer training company for children ages 4 and up, serving Long Island and Eastern Queens. As our communities continue to grow, we are seeking experienced and qualified soccer coaches to join our talented team. We are hiring for our Spring Season which starts late March/early April.

**Candidates MUST have at least 1 year of Travel Soccer experience.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking passionate, experienced, and reliable coaches to join our team. If you love working with children, have a passion for soccer, excel at teaching the fundamentals, and have a flexible schedule, we’d love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soccer coaching and a dedication to fostering skill development. This role involves training and mentoring players of all skill levels, promoting teamwork, and creating a positive sports environment. The Travel Soccer Coach will focus on developing players’ skills, enhancing their understanding of the game, and supporting their growth as athletes.

Requirements:

• Experience
• At least 2 years of coaching, teaching, or working with children, specifically ages 4-15.
• At least 1 year of coaching travel soccer
• Must be coachable, willing to learn, creative, and detail-oriented.
• Traits We Value:

• Availability:
• 2 Weekday practices (4:30 PM - 8:00 PM)
• Weekend Games
• Hours of Operation:
• Weekdays: 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Weekends: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
• Seasonal Schedule:
• Fall: Early September to Mid-December
• Spring: Early April to June
• Limited hours in Winter (January - March) and Summer (July - August)
• Transportation:
• Reliable transportation to commute to classes within a 45-minute radius.
• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using a mobile device for scheduling and communication.
