Position: Soccer Coach & Assistant Coach

About Us:

Super Soccer Stars has been a leader in youth soccer programming for over 24 years, dedicated to providing a nurturing and fun environment that fosters early development of athletic skills and teamwork. We aim to inspire children to be active, confident, and motivated through positive soccer experiences.

We are seeking Soccer Coaches and Assistant Coaches to deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer lessons and activities for children ages 7 years to 12 years in the Hawthorne area and nearby communities. Responsibilities include conducting lessons, maintaining a positive and safe environment, encouraging participation, and being a role model for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist in teaching soccer classes by following the Super Soccer Stars coaching curriculum.
• Create a positive, fun and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide individual attention to children to foster skill development and confidence.
• Set up and break down class equipment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members.
• Attend required training and staff meetings.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time weekend and/or weekday shifts, approximately 1-8 hours per week.
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience and role.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate availability.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with young children (toddlers through pre-teens) preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Willingness to undergo training and follow company coaching standards.
